DJ TATSUKI Takes Center Stage at Nippon Budokan with “City of Dreams” Vinyl Drop

DJ TATSUKI continues his rise in Tokyo’s urban music scene with the announcement of his very first solo show at the legendary Nippon Budokan. Celebrating this milestone, his acclaimed 2024 track “City of Dreams” is now being released as a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl, wrapped in exclusive cover art by Cherry Chill Will.

The song — also known by the title “TOKYO KIDS” — features verses from IO and MonyHorse, an intro by D.O., and production from heavyweights like ZOT on the WAVE, Homunculu$, and TRILL DYNASTY.

The original music video, filmed in the vibrant streets of Shibuya-Udagawa, pays tribute to late cultural icons BIG-T, FEBB, Gucci Prince, and LEGAL-IZE. It includes cameos from many of TATSUKI’s longtime collaborators across the Japanese hip-hop landscape.

In March 2025, a powerful remix video featuring D.O and T2K a.k.a. Mr.Tee was released, set aboard a traditional yakatabune boat, capturing a unique blend of Tokyo’s past and present.

This special two-track vinyl will be available starting May 28, 2025, through Chewing Gum and Dreams/OCTAVE. Priced at 2,200 yen (excluding tax), it carries the catalog number OTS-379.
